At Purevy, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your pieces arrive beautifully and safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 5–16 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, or high demand periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. Purevy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Return & Refund Policy
At Purevy, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn and in original condition
- Have all original tags and packaging
- Not show signs of wear, washing or damage
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and bikini bottoms must be returned unused and with hygiene protection intact.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Worn or washed swimwear
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
- Gift cards
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
