Return & Refund Policy

At Purevy, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn and in original condition
  • Have all original tags and packaging
  • Not show signs of wear, washing or damage

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and bikini bottoms must be returned unused and with hygiene protection intact.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed swimwear
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
